SANITARY EMERGENCY

We inform you that as a result of the Coronavirus-related Health Emergency we will not be able to deliver to ALL Municipalities and Fractions inhibited by GLS: Albino, Civesio, Bressanone, partially Cividino and Brescia, and some municipalities of Lecco (Monte Marenzo, Calolziocorte, Carenno, Erve, Torre De' Busi, Vercurago). 

BERGAMO is partially operational again. Remain the possibility to make the stationary storage in GLS branch only for First Need Goods.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ORDERS IN INHIBITED LOCATIONS

DELAYS are recorded on Ardeatina, Bergamo, Bologna, Cerea (VR), Cremona, Genoa, Livorno, Manerbio (BS), Mantua, Modena, Monza, Pavia, Pescara, Piacenza, Reggio Emilia, Rho, Rieti, Rovato, Terni, Verona. Orders destined for locations inhabited by GLS will be entrusted to other couriers that are still active such as DHL, Poste Italiane or Nexive (with delivery times, sometimes longer).

We ask all our customers to purchase only products of primary necessity to deal with the emergency or to be used during the quarantine, according to the provisions of the Prime Minister's Decree of 22/03/2020.

In the remaining part of the Peninsula and Islands included, however, we cannot exclude possible DELAYS on deliveries, even serious ones, not dependent on our will.

Provide a shipping address AVAILABLE H 24. If the recipient cannot be reached, the package will return IMMEDIATELY to the sender, with NO attempt to deliver. Furthermore, the receipt signature will not be requested and the Telephone Notice service will not be guaranteed.

We reassure all our customers that there is NO risk of contagion transmitted by cardboard packages and we will comply with all the hygiene measures imposed for packaging. Shipments abroad (United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Canada and Belgium) will NOT suffer serious delays (except for border closings).
